WASFAA – We Open the Doors to Opportunity

 Help WASFAA design its 2024 conference logo!

Our theme centered around why we do what we do, is all about the students we serve and the college experience.

A $500 scholarship will be awarded to the student who designs our 2024 logo.

Housing -  Conference Location & Hotel 

Hilton Appleton Paper Valley | 333 W College Ave. Appleton WI

Hilton Paper Valley was recently remodeled. WASFAA is excited to return to this location on College Ave, in the heart of downtown Appleton.

Reserve your room online or by calling 1.800.774.1500. When calling ask for the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley hotel under the WASFAA 2024 block. Be sure to indicate you are attending WASFAA 2024 to get our state room rates.

Tuesday – Thursday nightly rates are:     

Single Occupancy $90/night	Triple Occupancy $129/night
Double Occupancy $119/night	Quad Occupancy $139/night

Deadline to reserve rooms is March 1, 2024.  Due to multiple events taking place at the hotel, there is a possibility that the hotel will fill up, we encourage you to make a reservation now to guarantee “campus” housing.

Note: Parking for the conference is in a City of Appleton owned parking structure. Cost is $10/day.

Speakers are needed, are you an SME ready to share your wisdom? Interested in being a panelist on an important topic? Send your session suggestions to Julie Curtis by November 15th, 2023.

Conference registration to include:

Join WASFAA colleagues for coordinated small group dinners for your night on the town Thursday, April 11th  

Packing List (What to wear, etc.) 

On Wednesday, April 10^th, we encourage you to sport logo wear or school colors from a college you attended, show your college spirit!

 Business casual, school, or WASFAA logo wear is always acceptable!
