About CASA of East Central Wisconsin

CASA of East Central Wisconsin provides and supports specially trained court appointed special advocates to act solely in the best interest of children who have experienced abuse or neglect, who are in need of court protection, to ensure they have a safe and permanent home and the opportunity to thrive.

It began in Manitowoc County in 2004 under the umbrella agency of Lakeshore Community Action Program. From there, CASA of East Central Wisconsin filed to become its own nonprofit entity with a mission to expand its services and reach to more child abuse victims throughout Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties.

About the Wisconsin CASA Association

Home | Wisconsin Casa | Child AdvocacyThe Wisconsin Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Association is a charitable, nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and championing the needs of abused and neglected children. As a member of the National CASA Association network, their mission is to support quality volunteer advocacy for kids who are living under the protection of the courts and child welfare agency until they can be safe at home – or until a safe and permanent home is found for them. Their goals are to strengthen and expand a statewide network of CASA programs that serve all Wisconsin children who need advocates, and to advance public policy and practice that supports the best outcomes for kids.

We're partnering with the Wisconsin CASA Association to offer long-term support for their 11 local programs. That means no matter where our conference or activities are held, we'll be close to a program location. We also plan to provide financial aid education support to their volunteers working with kiddos graduating high school and getting ready for what's next!

WASFAA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
