The Financial Aid Office at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville is currently recruiting for a University Services Associate 2. This is a full-time position with a minimum starting wage of $14.25 per hour, plus excellent fringe benefits. A six-month probationary period is required. The normal working hours for this position are 7:45 – 4:15 Monday through Friday.
The University Services Associate 2 is responsible for the administration of Wisconsin Higher Education Aids Board funds and general financial aid customer service and processing tasks. This individual will serve an integral role in ensuring the timely delivery of state and federal aid funding while maintaining a student-centric customer service mindset. This position will develop communications, prepare and process new-year processing forms, and collaborate within the financial aid office and with campus stakeholders to assist in creating a forward-thinking student services experience.
