RESPONSIBILITIES

• Observe and analyze current business processes. Advise department staff on ways to effectively automate and improve service.
• Ensure data integrity and monitor regulatory changes for potential impact on Financial Aid and business processes.
• Serve as the functional lead for the People Soft Financial Aid module and will work with FAO and IT staff to address office needs.
• Review and facilitate implementation of all product releases, patches and fixes.
• Monitor processing and the technical operation of the lmageNow system.
• Maintain documentation of all setups and procedures.
