The Student Financial Service Center (SFSC) aims is to streamline customer service about all things related to financial aid and student financials and empower staff to provide a cohesive customer service experience through cross-training and a high degree of cross-departmental collaboration.

The SFSC’s team of experienced Financial Aid & Student Account staff to help bring our mission to life. We’re looking for candidates with an innovative spirit who are excited to embrace a new design and find ways to build it even better. With an intentionally student-focused workload balance, staff are encouraged to explore interest-related projects, supported in the pursuit of professional development opportunities, and will find stimulating day-to-day variety all while connecting with and assisting UWM’s diverse student population.
