To optimize student and staff experiences, UWM has created a new department, the Student Financial Service Center (SFSC). The SFSC’s goal is to streamline customer service about all things related to financial aid and student financials and empower staff to provide a cohesive customer service experience through cross training and a high degree of cross departmental collaboration. The SFSC is building a team of experienced Financial Aid & Student Account staff to help bring our mission to life. We’re looking for candidates with an innovative spirit who are excited to embrace a new design and find ways to build it even better. With an intentionally student-focused workload balance, staff are encouraged to explore interest related projects, supported in the pursuit of professional development opportunities, and will find stimulating day to day variety all while connecting with and assisting UWM’s diverse student population.
