The WASFAA Leadership Conference is Back!

Do you have someone on your team that is ready to take the next step in leadership? If so, please consider nominating them to attend the 2025 WASFAA Leadership Conference- a conference designed to help financial aid administrators build leadership capacity.

When? October 29 - 31
Where? The Osthoff Resort, Elkhart Lake, WI
How Much? $250 (includes conference fee and 2 nights of accommodations)
Who Can Be Nominated? WASFAA Members with 3 or more years of experience

This conference brings together current and aspiring leaders in financial aid to explore key topics such as:

Advocating for themselves and their offices
Managing up
Public speaking
Leading with resilience

Directors and WASFAA mentors are encouraged to nominate emerging leaders. The 2025 WASFAA Leadership Conference is a great opportunity to invest in your team’s professional development and help shape the future of financial aid leadership. Participants will leave with practical tools (including 2 NASFAA Credentials), valuable leadership skills, and a supportive network to help them grow into confident, effective leaders.
