In an effort to optimize student and staff experiences, UWM is creating a new department. The Student Financial Service Center’s goal is to streamline customer service about all things related to financial aid and student financials and empower staff to provide a cohesive customer service experience through cross training and a high degree of cross departmental collaboration. 

We are looking for an Assistant Director of the Center to be a member of our leadership team. This position will help lead a team of Peer Advisors and LTEs deliver seamless service to help guide students and families through the process of financing their college education. This position does require that the applicant be a UW System employee.
