Title: Student Accounts Specialist – Alverno College

Alverno College is currently hiring a Student Accounts Specialist. The primary functions for this role are as follows: to provide superior customer service, collect on tuition accounts, perform administrative duties associated with accounts receivables, support the Director and Assistant Director with backup and special project responsibilities, monitor student success with payment plans, and provide proactive support in conjunction with Alverno’s retention efforts. We are looking for someone who can support students and their families with navigating the financial side of college. Spanish/bilingual skills are a plus.
