This document has been created by people who have participated in past conferences. It is not meant to be a script or a manual, but simply a guide for Spring and Fall Conference Chairs as well as conference committee members. The first 23 pages are the actual planning handbook which includes a timetable and planning schedule. The remaining 75 pages are sample documents such as agendas, registration information, history of past WASFAA speakers and conference evaluations. We encourage you to reference these items and use them as needed.
This is a living WASFAA document that will be edited or updated according to the new experiences in our WASFAA conference planning. At the conclusion of each conference, the Conference Chairs are asked to send updates, ideas or suggestions to insert into the WASFAA Conference Planning Handbook. Updates or changes to the WASFAA Planning Handbook need to be passed on to the current WASFAA President and will be approved or denied by the WASFAA Executive Committee.
